Article Marketing Always Brings Quality Results For Your Online Business
Let’s assume you just started up your own business or website. You know the only way for the business to be a success rather than fail is for you to promote it. You can do this if you have deep pockets by paying for advertising or get the same attention for free via article marketing.
The first thing to do is research your article marketing topic. There are several excellent keyword tools available to help you decide which keyword phrases will bring you traffic but also you need to make sure there is little competition as well or you won’t get good results in the search engines. Your keywords need to be related to your website and be getting plenty of search queries but not tons of results. You can read a more detailed post about keyword tools for a better understanding.
Once you have chosen your keyword phrases you will need to use it in your articles title, several times in the first paragraph, once or twice in the body and once again within the closing sentence for best results.
Always write for the reader when article marketing. In other words write it for people, not the search engines. We can help our articles climb the search engine rankings but they won’t do us any good if people read the first sentence, decide it’s rubbish and hit the back button. Keep it simple and to the point. Use bullets as they get your point over better.
When you are done, read it a few times and make sure it is both grammatically correct and that you have your keyword phrases in the right places. Once you have done that, read it again, a few times. If it doesn’t quite read correctly, rewrite the part and don’t forget, while you may be an expert on the subject, your reader is not.
The ending of your article is the most important {part-section} and many who rely on article marketing miss the important point all together. Your article gives the reader info that they have searched for but now you want them to get yet more info by visiting your site. Make it clear the benefits of clicking your link and visiting your website. Simply asking for the click will not cut it any more. Tell them exactly why they should and what they can expect to find: a a much more thorough look at the topic, A valuable resource they can use etc.
Finally be choosy where you offer the use of your articles and if you can rewrite the article every time you submit it to a directory or blog feeder. Submit the original version to ezinearticles.com and wait for them to accept it before submitting it to any of the other article directories. This is because ezinearticles are the best so get you most traffic but they will not articles that have already been posted elsewhere.
Article marketing is still the number one way of promoting a business online without spending big bucks on PPC. Just one article every day will result in close to a hundred articles on perhaps 1000′s of blogs in just three months from now all with links aimed at your blog.
