Out of the blue depression?
I remember when I was younger (spring of fifth grade) I became severely depressed. Neither me nor my parents could find any reason for it, yet it got so bad I had to stay home from school because I simply didn’t have the willpower to get out of bed. I remember thinking it was because the seasons were changing, but in the back of my mind I always thought that was an illogical reason. After a few weeks, it completely disappeared, and I was exactly as I was before. Does anyone know what/how this happened? I am a little curious, and I haven’t found any other cases of it online. 10 points awarded to the best answer.
depression is supposedly a disease that can be triggered by things that happen in your life or things you see feel smell or hear that can trigger past memories or feelings.
