good recipes containg blueberries, blackberries and other blue/purple/black fruits?
2 would be great please, easy enough for 10 year olds to do 
BANANA NUT BREAD
Anyway….I also use this for muffins.You can add any fruit,just toss it with a little bit of the dry ingredients first.
Cranberry orange (orange zest)blueberry orange,peaches,chips of your choice.
BANANA NUT BREAD
(using cake mix &instant pudding)
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped pecans,opt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Blueberry french toast casserole
Ingredients:
1 small day old loaf French bread
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
6 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries or peaches
Grease 13×9 dish. Diagonally cut bread in 1″slices(slice longdiagonal pieces)
Place in dish – set aside. In medium bowl, slightly beat eggs, sugar & vanilla. Stir in milk until blended. Pour over bread. Turn slices to make sure it is well coated & refrigerate
overnight. Preheat oven to 375F. In small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Scatter blueberries over bread and sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut in squares and serve with strawberries or peaches.
This is delicious and a great dish for a brunch. Enjoy!
