Bulls Eye
my shots off my pse are good but i have to aim low to head the bulls eye?
when i Shot my carbon fiber arrows with 100 grain target tips i have to aim about 2-3 ” belows the center bulls eye to hit it. Im shooting from about 25-30 yards . Is this a error from my shooting grip /release ? or is just how the arrow flies due to the yardage.
I HAVE A PENDULUM SIGHT …. NOT SURE HOW TO ADJUST THAT SIGHT IF I CAN?
Burnie has given you the correct direction to go in to adjust your sight.
The Pendulum sight will have to be adjusted where the sight attaches to the bracket that holds it in place. Look at it carefully and you will see how it is lowered and raised or moved side to side. The pendulum sight pin itself should never be messed with,
Most pendulum makers tell you to zero in on level ground at 20 yards, and this will keep you accurate from the base of your tree out to around 30-35 yards depending on the speed of your bow.
So that would mean you are shooting exactly like you should, a little low when shooting on the ground at 25-30 yards.
The only thing you need to do now, is to climb to 15 foot or so and see how it shoots from a stand. You should be right on at the different yardages.
