NEW and BETTER TECHNOLOGY available. We make the spot disappear instead of actually removing it. Not all colored stains will disappear. We remove approximately 90% of the colored stains that we attempt, depending on what product has been used on it by you or another professional cleaner.
WHAT TO DO IF A COLORED SPILL HAPPENS ON YOUR CARPET?
1. Blot up as much excess material as possible with a clean WHITE towel.
2. Apply a neutral cleaner spot cleaner to the spill and reblott. NEVER SCRUB your carpets. We recommend Avenge Spotter.*
3. Repeat as necessary.
4. DO NOT use over the counter spot removers such as Resolve, Woolite, etc. These spotters have a high alkaline content and could permanently set the spot.
5. If the Avenge Spotter you purchased at Crystal Clean does not completely remove the color, please call for other recommendations.
*Avenge Spotter is available at Crystal Clean at our cost, as a service to our customers. We also refill the bottles for 1/2 price if you save them and bring the original bottle with you when it is time for a refill.
