What’s a better natural substitute for non-dairy creamer: cream or half and half?
The recipe I got for a soup that I really liked has non-dairy creamer in it. i don’t like to throw artificial things in my body so I’m just wondering which would be better.
half and half will not work because if you get the soup too hot the milk part of the half and half will curdle from the heat.
Use real cream. You actually don’t need as much as you think either. Cream goes a long way.
I make soups for a living at a restaurant and I use 2 quarts of cream in a 8 gallon batch of soup.
