This type of loss can range from a small grease fire to a home that has been
partially or fully burned down. In the case of a small fire with just smoke damage, a thorough cleaning with high alkaline cleaning agents and deodorization products are used to restore the loss. An important part of cleaning the structure and contents of a home or business that has incurred fire damage is to use the proper products so that the soot or odor doesn't become permanently set. In the case of a structure fire, the first thing that usually commences is to pack out the contents of the home and bring them back to our facility for restoration. Once the structure is empty, depending on the severity of the damage, the structure is cleaned, deodorized, demolished (as necessary), and reconstructed. The average completion time for restoring a severely damaged structure fire is from 4 to 8 weeks depending mainly on the availability of materials. The average completion time for the contents restoration of an average size home is also 4 to 8 weeks depending on the severity of the damage and the types of contents that are affected.
