Glass Casserole Dish
Pork Loin?? Are the difficult to cook?? Do you have an EASY recipe?
I love tender pork loin but am afraid to attempt one. Can you bake them in 9×13 glass casserole dishes covered with foil??
Do you have a very simple and easy recipe??

I brown the loin in real butter and garlic salt. When the loin turns medium golden, I place it in a 9×13 glass dish. Cook the roast only until the center is still nice and pink. 325* (149-done temperature) Please get a meat thermometer. You will never make a mistake if you keep an eye on your done temperature! I cover the roast in foil for 5minutes until all the juices run through the meat. The foil also keeps cooking the roast for the extra 5 minutes.
