Glass Custard Cups
Brownies – Custard Cup baking time?
This is a mix…Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies. Times on box are 24-26 minutes-13×9@350. 38-40 minutes-9×9@350. 52-54 minutes-8×8@325. I’m using glass custard cups (6oz.). I searched online and at BettyCrocker.com. No luck! Help please.
Thanks Dottie! I already had them in the oven at 325 (b/c of glass) and THEN came online to find the time and couldn’t! They ended up baking for 18 minutes and were a tad overdone, so next time, I’m going for 15 or 16! I just had one….sooooo good. I’m freezing the rest so I don’t eat them all in the next 48 hours – haha.
I just baked those today in a 9 x 13. First off use 325 F oven since you’re using glass. Second, don’t fill them more than 3/4 or they might overflow. I’d check them at 12 minutes and go from there. Don’t forget to grease or spray the custard cups.
