Is it ever acceptable to hold a stemmed glass (red/ white wine, champagne, snifter) by the bowl.?
Or should one allways hold the glass by the stem if it has one. And is the rule different for men/ woman?
Do what you feel comfortable with. Only snobs hold it by the stem…it’s very uncomfortable and more likely to tip over.
