I did Ecstasy 3 days ago and still feel like shit, what can I do?
A few days ago I decided to do Ecstasy. I took two green pressed pills and ended up throwing up a lot. I didn’t have a very good time, and I’ve felt really sick for three days. I’ve been dizzy and nauseated and have had an incredibly hard time eating. I’ve also been having panic attacks. Are these normal after-effects after taking E? If so, how long do they typically last for? And what can I eat that won’t make me feel sick?
Two of my friends took the same pills and seem to be all right, but they are also much more experienced drug users than I am.
Please, no negative comments. I’ve already decided not to do it again. I just want to stop feeling sick.
Maybe you didn’t get E. Did any of your friends take the same tablets and did they get sick? That’s how you’ll know if it was the tablet or just a badly timed virus.
Recovery is the same though, lots of fluids and rest, soothing things for your stomach in small quantities. Hope you’re feeling better soon.
