One of the well celebrated buildings in Spain is the Temple Expiatory de la Sagrada Familia, located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; designed by Antoni Gaudi, a Spanish architect that committed fifteen years of his life in undertaking the task ofdesigning and constructing this massive building. This church is to be considered an architectural gem which is very note worthy both in terms of its facade and of its colorful and progressing history. The most striking part of the church is its spindle-shaped towers, and every part of the church has complicated designs as Gaudi intends that the church be the last great sanctuary of Christendom.
The details are so painstakingly done that the church’s construction started back in 1882 and will not be over and doneuntil 2026; that’s still several years into the future. An addition to the impressive establishments in Spain is the marvellous and unique building called the Museum of Wine Culture which houses artifacts associated with wine and winemaking dated as far back as centuries Before Christ and also consist of relics like winepresses, cups, wineskins, and many other tools and objects related to wines. The Museo del Prado, for example, is considered one of the grandest museums in Europe which houses a wide array of collection of fine pieces of art; you can see everything from paintings to sculptures done by lots of talented artists of different periods.
Not all museums are about art and architecture—a quantity of them are somehow specific with items on display like the Museum of Wine Culture in Briones which has artifacts concerning everything about wine; from drinking it, to storing it, to making it. The Museum of Wine Culture was established by the Vivancos family; they are four generations of wine growers who have journeyed all around the world to acquire these precious artifacts.
