Piece Place Setting
Should I invest in good dishes or just get cheap ones for now and get good ones later?
I’ve fallen in love with this place setting. It runs about $50 for a single 4-piece place setting and is very heavy duty porcelain. I’m just about to move out and get my own place. Should I invest in these dishes or just buy a cheap set that’s $50 for 4 4-piece place settings? Currently I’m living with a roommate and we use her dishes. The only dishes I have are plastic non-microwave safe dishes from college.
cheap glass dishes are made with no regard for your safety. they usually break really easily while washing. and hae razor sharp edges. while porcelin does not. if you skimp on quality you will have a run in with some broken dishes.
