I need help losing weight?
k on scool days i cant eat breakfast cuz if i do i feel like i can puke it all out.
i walk 2 scool about 15 mins away.
i eat lunch outside so i buy like maybe chips n juice or cake n juice or pizza n juice.N while eating i stand up or walk around.
i always bring a bottle of water with me 2 scool.
then i walk back home.
sometimes i buy a bottle of soda on the way.
i can eat a snack wen i get home depending wut i have. (chips, ice cream, soup, cereal, yesterdays left overs)
then i eat da food dat my mom makes or orders.
then @ nite i can eat again.
i rilly want sum 1 2 help me.
i want 2 diet jus 2 lose weight

Okay, the first thing is that you must know that you control what you eat, no one else. you can do is trade in any fast food you have, put in subway, or quiznos. Try a light breakfast, suchafter school bar, or a nutri-grain to start. Your lunch at school doesn’t sound the best. Try eating a sandwich and some chips, or fruit, whichever you prefer. to improve Your after school snack, try a peice of fruit, or yogurt. And seeming you are eating two ‘night-meals’ try substituting the 2nd meal with a salad. There are some other things you can do, such as cutting out soda, and adding more grains to your diet. feel free to ask for more
