tiffany style stained glass lamp?

Does anyone have any info on stained glass tiffany style lamp with initials PEH engraved in metal of shade? Base is brass with leaf work. Would like more information about maker, etc. Thank you for your help.

These lamps are called “slag glass”. Glass with a metal overlay correct? I was not able to find much in the way of specifics about these lamps but I did come across a lighting manufacturer by the name of “Philip J. Handel”. Many people who ask about their lamps on forums mention the initials PH on the base. The history of his lamps can be found here:
