Sometimes referred to as "Grey Water", this type of water loss is handled
much in the same manner as a "Fresh Water" loss. One major difference that exists is "Time" because any stagnant water that remains in the appliance after each use can contain microorganisms that can immediately begin growing on structural components. The key steps to proper restoration of this type of loss are the application of an antimicrobial treatment to inhibit microbial growth and expediate drying procedures.
